Lack of health care in the US?
I am doing a presentation on how the lack of health care in the US affects individuals but im having trouble finding info. on it to use for my paper. Can anyone please help, do you know of any websites I can go to for info. on this particular subject??? Thank you in advance i?ll greatl appreciate any helpful answers.

I will tell you something though. It is a shame health care is so expensive. It is hard for the common Joe to be able to afford it. So what happens? We wind up not going to doctors when needed and we wind up sicker, and then have to go to an E.R.. Then we can?t pay that bill either and next thing you know we are having to file bankruptcy to clear up our credit that is so important to everyone and we cant even think about trying to get ahead in life. American Dream? Yeah right! Maybe for those who were fortunate enough to be able to get a college education which most of America can?t afford, or don?t meet all the qualifications for grants. They are really the only ones who can afford health care, and the others who have it really can?t afford it either, but they pay for it, and lack other things they need in order to have it. and then what happens? They can?t afford to buy nutritious foods and wind up living on Ramen Noodles and high fat foods and then oh well what do you know, now they have high blood pressure and coronary disease. Looks like a conspiracy to me, by the Health Care System. If they can keep us sick we need to keep them and by keeping them their pockets stay stuffed while we die. You know something? the only reason my husband is still alive this day is because a Doctor who happened to be a great human being with FEELINGS, wrote off his chemo therapy bill on his taxes. Of course we still had to file bankruptcy, and now we have so many medical bills again from a heart attack we need to file again because not only do we have the medical bills we also have repossesed cars and oh yeah the home we were buying is now gone too. lived there 7+ years but no one really cares about the little guy. But yet we have to wait to file more time to fix the CREDIT all are so friggin concerned about. Does not make sense to me.
