>> i would say that 2014 is a long way away . eight years ago won reelection and a lot of people were talking about how republicans were a majority and we found out in the races. things can change and it takes a while for them to change. one thing that was a combative speech and particularly when it came to climate change , he is going to take executive action on his own. i would make one counter. one matter where there seems to be a place it get things done. president obama was congenial and he devoted or two paragraphs to that. he wants congress to do his job and keeps pushing.
