Soap Dish: Steve Burton Joins Y&R

It is Soap Dish time again an this week I am dishing all about the shocking news that Steve Burton is joining The Young & The Restless!   On Monday Steve announced the news on the CBS show The Talk. It was a big ta do and he seemed pretty darn happy to be joining the #1 soap opera on television right now. I, as I am sure were most fans of Burtons who have known and loved him as Jason Morgan on General Hospital for about two decades, was totally surprised by this news. I was still trying to adjust to the fact that he was no longer on GH and now he is going to be a completely different character, on a whole other show, wowza. Before I get into my two cents on this topic lets rehash why Steve decided to join Y&R so soon after not only vacating GH but also after he made it clear the reason he was leaving General Hospital was because he was moving his family to Nashville.
