Graves or Hashimoto?s Disease
These diseases affects the thyroid. Graves speeds up metabolism while the opposite is true with Hashimoto?s. It affects women more than men because of the high levels of estrogen in a woman.
Symptoms of Graves? or Hashimoto?s Disease
1. Unexplained weight loss or weight gain
2. High sensitivity to heat or cold
3. Bulging eyeballs
4. Puffy face

Rheumatoid arthritis
This condition is caused by the inflammation in the part called synovial membrane, which is the lining that allows joints to move smoothly.
Symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis
1. Extremely stiff joints in the wrists and knuckles that become swollen and painful.
2. Hard bumps located under the skin of elbows.

Celiac disease

Multiple sclerosis
This autoimmune disease targets the myelin?or the fatty insulation around our nerve fibers. This then leads to the disruption of the transition of signals to and from the brain and the spinal cord. Symtoms of Multiple sclerosis

2. Numbness in the hands and feet
3. Blurry vision
4. Slurred speech
5. Loss of balance

Sjogren?s Syndrome
In this condition, moisture-producing glands get inflamed.
Symptoms of Sjogren?s Syndrome
1. Dryness in the eyes, mouth, or the vagina
2. Unexplained tooth decay
